A prime example of this approach is Norblin Factory — a historic complex in Warsaw’s Wola district which, after four years of revitalization, reopened in 2021 and became one of the capital’s new landmarks. Preserving the unique architecture of the former silver-plating factory, the company transformed 65,000 m² into a modern mixed-use development combining office space with cultural, gastronomic, service, and entertainment functions. Norblin Factory is a place where over 240 years of history come alive again through the Museum of Norblin Factory, commemorating the story of this extraordinary site.
Capital Park Group’s portfolio also includes other successful revitalization projects. The company brought new life to two historic townhouses on Długa Street in Gdańsk, now home to the Hampton by Hilton hotel, as well as a historic townhouse in Toruń’s Old Town.
